    Tara Wenger: Really wish there was a negative review options because it would be -5 stars. From the few short years that I have had a loan with OMF it’s been nothing but problems they lie straight to your face to get you to sign and then when things aren’t correct they don’t care. UNION DEPOSIT is the worse one out of all the locations. The staff is incredibly rude. If you put in a complaint it never gets documented and filed with the company it just get brushed of by there branch manger Andy. Complaints need documented so corporate can get rid of the people who repeatedly do this. Having a manager bush of all complaints and not actually file them makes the company not only look bad but that they condone this type of behavior from there employees that drives away new potential customers. Complaints should be able to be filed for any level employee including managers. I have had other branch mangers call and set up me going to sign paperwork because UD don’t answer there phones there excuse is there busy. I have showed up between 3:30 to 4:30 and it’s closed doors locked and lights off with no note saying they were closed due to short staff or out to lunch or anything like that. It only makes it so much worse that it was literally called in by another branch’s manager to make sure somebody was there for me to sign this paperwork and they told them they would be there and open and they were not. Any day I have gone over in person and they actually have been open there sitting there ignoring the calls. Actions speak loader than words and what you’re saying and the actions I have physically seen in person never match. If you have short staffing and have to closes at times that’s not normally it should be posted saying as such your hours have changed due to it. If you get what they say is a “manager” and they do nothing asking to speak with there manger it’s always yeah I can do that and comes back less than a min later giving some kinda excuse as to why they can’t. Todays was that I have it set up the UD branch isn’t allowed to call me because they literally will harass you! I do not have a phone glued to my hand I work a job your phones not allowed and do a lot of doctors appointments there’s no reason I should be in a doctors appointment and have to Reject Five call from there office in less than 5 minutes. It just boils down to they have no respect for others, they have horrible customer service, and a manger that doesn’t want to manage there own people. I really hope the CEO of this company sees this and actually looks into it for themselves rather than it being brushed off and continue to be lied to. It doesn’t get this bad without corruption and shady shit happing behind closed doors.

    d dou: Without a doubt, I plan on returning to Trispagonas Insurance for their wonderful care to detail, customer experience, and overall pleasant nature. I contacted Tom for guidance about my mother’s life insurance needs as she approaches retirement. During our fruitful conversation, he provided me with a wealth of information and insight about life insurance and her potential options. Despite the fact that I needed to provide more concrete information, Tom was extremely polite and forthcoming with his support. So much so, that I mentioned wanting new car insurance. Within the blink of an eye, Tom set me up with a better plan (saving me hundreds/year while adding features) and with my permission cancelled my current car insurance, hassle free. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also, during our initial conversation I noted that some of the many upsides of working with Tom include his strong background in multiple insurance policies and financial planning. He is also licensed in multiple states and has the knowledge background to prove it. I absolutely plan on returning to Trispagonas Insurance for more services as it can be hard to find an earnest, hard working individual such as Tom for these types of services. Thanks again Tom!
