Then proceeded to question me in a rude manner because I didn’t know how to add a guest. It was uncalled for and out of line for an assistance manager to act that way to a member and guest. Makes me question if I want to return to this location especially if Nicole is there.

I was a little unsure about working out in a group setting at first, but the coaches and members are incredibly welcoming and supportive. There’s a strong sense of community here that you can feel right away. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and it’s clear they care about helping everyone improve at their own pace. It’s one of the few places where I actually look forward to working out.

The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and the equipment is up to date and enough space and things for everyone to exercise!
