    Mary Mac Bakehouse: This branch has been unbelievably slow for months, both inside and out. Twice in July 2022 Ive left the Union Twp branch of First Commonwealth after waiting more than 15 minutes behind 1 car in the drive through. Today 4 tellers and 1 manager were working. Today I even tried to go inside, 1 other customer was there, when he was finished I was not called forward...I left after 5 minutes. So today-12 minutes in the drivethrough behind 1 car, 5 minutes inside behind one customer for 17 minutes. I left without making my business deposit and went to the downtown branch.If this continues to happen Ill change banks.

    G W: Every time I go into this bank its nothing but rude employees and bad experiences. One time I walked up to the teller and she told me she couldnt help me cause she was working the drive thru, then a lady walked in she knew and she is available all of a sudden, meanwhile Im still waiting. Another time I had the corner of a $100 bill ripped off, yet both pieces had matching serial numbers. I was told rudely we cant accept that. So I went to PNC and they had no problem. This place is garbage. I absolutely hate going in there. Not to mention they had a flood like 6 months ago and it stinks, and they still havent fixed it. You would think a bank could afford to fix some drywall, dang!

I asked to please mail it. He said ok, its been over a week. I dont understand. So just to mail and cross over town shouldnt take this long!
