I take classes as well as teach. Also, I love the Salt Room, it’s great for clearing my head and chest, especially during cold & sinus seasons. My other favorite is getting a massage! The massages are wonderful…very relaxing and help with sore muscles.

The employees are friendly and the people working out there seem nice. I will be working out there again next time I am in the area.
