S&T Bank - DuBois Ashley Henson: An associate did not understand how to process a certified check through a credit union. Leading their own bank members to believe the check was invalid. Our credit union had to call and explain how to process the certified check and that it was in fact valid. Much unneeded stress was caused to both parties involved.
