Tyyra K: Called them to try to make an appointment few weeks ago, realized I simply wasn’t going to be able to speak to anyone so I was just going to call a different Geisinger location. A family member just went there for something and asked them about my situation with x rays , they said they do walk-ins until a certain time. Cool. So how is the person trying to receive the x-ray supposed to know that unless they walk in there and ask them? Just delete the phone number if you’re not going to answer it and are TELLING patients It’s basically useless to call? This is such a weird system.
