Its overstood of the intentional historical underlining systemic issues of certain neighborhoods & community efforts of causing harm to specific ethic Homeowners in order to force people out of neighborhoods/communities. Reports of mishandling mail & important vital information is ignored on purpose. Security breaches & identity theft can start & end with mishandling mail/packages causing unnecessary uproar/tension within communities because of a careless Mail carrier. Im all for Robots delivering mail/packages if it fixes this problem if humans have become ungrateful & desensitized to jobs & company mission statements on a Federal agency level! Time for a rebranding & rehiring process!
