She spent 35 minutes on the phone with me well after normal business hours discussing a plethora of options for me to consider. When we were finished with our discussion, I realized a savings of 35% on the cost of my premium. It was because of Mrs. Buza’s knowledge, experience and positive energy that my excitement for my purchasing a new vehicle was rejuvenated.
