2 /5 Mark Lauriello: My wife had a prior very positive experience with Landis while working through insurance needs for my mother in law. We decided to consult with Landis as we approach Medicare age. Upon arriving for our 1 pm appointment, we were immediately greeted by someone who was expecting us and who professionally gathered information for our file. We then waited for our account manager. And we waited. After about 10 minutes, the person who checked us in, came over and apologized for our account manager being so late. He finally arrived 25 minutes late. Upon arriving, he never acknowledged he was extremely late. When I expressed my annoyance with his very late arrival, he got annoyed with me, and rather than just apologize, he blamed others for not informing him that his 1 pm had arrived. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. On the insurance details, he was very knowledgeable. The overall experience was not pleasant after such a disappointing beginning.
