Planet Fitness - Natrona Heights Danielle Reinke: Been a member for last 5 years and all had been great until they hired a manager Trevor Nolf. 7 years ago after a tragic family event i was NOT a part of but a victim of, Trevor went online posting terrible things about myself and minor children who he doesnt know or ever had a conversation with. I myself have never spoke to Trevor, he doesnt know me ect. A few months ago I seen Trevor in this gym. Rather than apologize as I was hoping he would do as a mature human being would do, he chose to harass me by posting a 1 star to my natrona heights business that he has never been in or been a customer of. I donate thousands a year to this community, I invest thousands into the youth of this community, i serve this community and I cherish this community here in natrona heights where I work and love. To be treated this way by a manager of a business who has never spoken to me in my opinion is evil, harassment, and extremely childish and i plan to consult an attorney. I was to get a call from the owner and i have asked for the irrelevant review of my business be removed but it has not. I no longer feel I can attend this gym without being harassed though I have made several friends here and feel the remainder of the staff are very kind people. I would ask the owner here, before any other business owners who attend here are treated the same, to discuss this with Trevor and explain the importance of writing factual information regarding members of this public who are members of this gym and why it appears horrible to a business such as planet fitness when their employees write untrue statements on their own clients business pages over personal issues he knows nothing about, has never spoken to me about, nor that I had any control over. Afterall isnt planet fitness to be a judgement free zone? Then why allow this?
