I applied for Obama-Care, they booted me over to the state; its time to update my info, and it requires a PHONE INTERVIEW!!! Well, its 1 hour 19 minutes past the appointed time YOU GAVE ME!!! If my ass is working and I miss this call, my insurance benefit would most likely be done. I get you are busy, but dont make appointments you cant keep. An email, a text, anything to let me know so I can go about my day, not glued to the damn phone! Its no wonder why people get so riled up! Simple instructions by the state, yet YOU ALL cant follow them!
