1 /5 Jane Hill: Sara is extremely unprofessional and has an attitude that makes it impossible to verify the legitimacy of the debt. She refused to send me proof of the bill and hung up after rambling about how it was the co-payment from the medical company. I do not recall receiving statements from the medical company showing that I had a debt, and her hostility makes it impossible to ensure that this is not a scam. She should be ashamed to treat people the way she does.

She was rude and extremely unprofessional and refused to give me information on the debt, etc, just stating they already sent something in the mail: when I asked if she could email it, she said she’s spent enough time on my case and hung up. She hung up on me twice. I continue to receive several calls a day and am clueless as to why

1 /5 R G: Just like most of the other reviewers, they claim I owe a balance to them that I NEVER received a notice about. I have NEVER heard of this company and now they are claiming I have owed them for an entire year and had the nerve to say that I ignored the notices they ‘sent’ me. Straight out accusing me. SARA was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when I told her that I have already requested proof from my doctor’s office just to verify that I actually owe this balance before paying a sketchy company over the phone. Please provide these ‘representatives’ more training if you’re a legitimate company. This type of unprofessional behavior makes this company seem like just another scam. I will find out who to report them to.

1 /5 Flavia Pietrobattista: Big scumbags. Only giving one star because I can’t give any less than this. This company has been calling me multiple times a day, every day from different numbers because they claim I have a medical debt with them. My insurance is taking care of resolving this but first state financial services keep harassing me on the daily instead of figuring it out with my insurance. Y’all get a life. This is ridiculous and I’m definitely reporting them.

1 /5 Liz DeFedele: This company claims to hold a debt against me but has never been able to provide proof of debt via mail or email. I have never received a single correspondence or phone call initiated by this company but claims I am unresponsive. Due to their illegitimate debt claims I am unable to receive necessary care from my doctor.
