5 /5 Suzette Senchak: Elite Sport & Spine has proven to be a fantastic resource for many years for me and my family! We have used them for injury recovery, physical therapy and fitness and can testify that the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate the time always taken to conduct a thorough exam with explanation of mechanics. Dr. Holmes and his staff truly work as a team to accomplish treatment/healing and also teach at-home care for long term results. The practice has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and they are more than accommodating in scheduling appointments. My family and I highly recommend Elite; we consider them to be the BEST in town!

Thursday was a little harder but I think things are going well thanks for your help Chris. Chris work me out to day did something different . Thanks He kicked my but today Thanks Chris for incorporate we he I do feel better than I did when I started working with you please keep me work on the right path To I was having a bad day and thanks to Chris my mind was in a better place after the work out. Today was good seeing some changes in how my clothes are fitting thanks Chris Thanks again for everything I have been getting better each week than Chris is very good makes you feel great about the work out Thursday morning was a good workout. 5 /5 Rosemary Rigney: I am thankful for the exercises and plan toward my recovery. Dr. Duncan is very patient with me and encouraging. I have finished my exercise plan with Dr. Duncan on Monday. With the ability to work through my exercise and feel the effects on my low back and hip improve! Wow. My time was well spent! Now I’ll be at the gym 2-3 days a week. Take care of ME first

5 /5 B Calla: While in New Castle for two weeks, they were willing to let me join for that short period to use their gym facilities. Its a smaller, friendly, supportive , positive environment with all that one needs, even if you work out at a very large gym normally. They suggested alternatives when one of the exact pieces of equipment that I was used to using wasnt in the gym, and it worked out really well. They also did very useful teaching about a variety of subjects. I enjoyed going there very much and appreciate the help!

5 /5 Stacey Taylor: Beautiful facility, wonderful staff and Chris is an awesome trainer! I’ll be going to Elite for a long time! Update: its been months and Im still going! Even on days when I really dont want to work out, I get to the gym! Chris not only knows how to transform your muscles, he is a genuine, good-hearted person with a great sense of humor! Hard work, talk therapy and I get a fit strong body too! WIN-WIN people, go see Chris at Elite!!! EDIT...1/10/2020...Chris left and I am now training with Dr. TJ Keklac! He’s awesome and I am getting defined and lifting more, making progress every week. Love this gym, love the people and love being fit!! EDIT: 12/8/2020, new trainer is Aaron Hochmann. I have had two sessions so far and they have been excellent! Worked the whole body, included weights and made sure form was good. Going back for 7 more!! Check him out!!
