Clearview Federal Credit Union - Beaver Falls B R Richard: I joined this credit union as mine doesnt have a drive up teller or ATM.. All went well until I attempted to get a car loan from them. You have to call, go online, or schedule an appointment (which was to far out). I called they took my info and told me they would get back to me. Needless to say the car sold because they never did reach out to me. I called the local branch and they apologized and offered me the same options but again I couldnt get an appointment that would fit my schedule. I honestly am reconsidering this move and will be shopping banks and credit unions again. I worked in corporate customer service and this is poor service. Why is that companies dont strive to eliminate these issues and be better than their competitiors. And to all employees everywhere, YOU ARE THE COMPANY! A COG IN TNE MACHINE. ADDRESS EACH ISSUE AS IF YOU ARE THE OWNER! Offer solutions not excuses. I swear some people just go to work to take up space and collect a check. Not many strive for perfection and its sad.
