5 /5 Jay Bickley: I bought my wife a gift card for her birthday back in December because she wanted to become a continued member. Gross, who actually wants to go to the gym? About a month later I found myself living with a new woman. The change that I noticed in her physical and emotional state was incredible and this was only a month or so that she had been going. About mid-January, I had the opportunity to sign up for an eight-week fitness challenge which I just completed this past weekend. I was very hesitant to commit because again, who actually wants to go to the gym? I had a perfectly good all in one gym at home (that I never used). Well, I committed to the challenge and eight weeks later I can honestly say that it has done the same for me. Not only do I feel physically stronger, but my brain feels stronger as well, clear, positive, almost carefree in a way that things that normally irritated me do not. I feel like I am in a flow, where CoreFit is routine and not because I have to, but I want to, I need to… yes, I actually want to go to the “gym” now. CoreFit is so much more than a typical gym though, it says so right in the title CoreFit “Training Studio”. Your muscles will be trained. Your mental health will be trained. There is a sense of family here, zero intimidation, zero ego, just people that want the same for you and themselves. It’s not by any means easy, but it’s achievable and your overall health will reap the amazing benefits. Give it a shot!
