We have contacted their customer service, head office, then this office, REPEATEDLY! Still receiving his mail. Can’t, In good conscience, just throw it out or into recycling, I’m sure others would. It’s his IRA!!!! I could not, in any way, recommend this office or business with their total lack of concern with their clients sensitive information.
