1 /5 Craig Hennesy: My experience was negative each time I go to this branch. starting from the long wait times to get transactions done, down to the very poor attitudes of the people that work the counters. Ive gone to other branch locations and the experiences were excellent compared to this location.

3 /5 J T: Cannot actually call the branch without knowing an employee name. Redirects you call center. Call center has no idea if coin machine is functional at a specific location before I go there. Edit* Via reply- Yes, the branch phone number is answered by automation. If you dont have an employee name youre looking for it sends you off to a call center. There is not a ring the branch directly for a general question.

5 /5 Jeff wicker: Always a great experience at this location or for that matter, any location I frequent. Currently it’s the one by the Coventry Mall. Anytime i go in they are friendly, and efficient. The one up in Rofo by the Texas roadhouse has a great crew as well.

3 /5 Tina Sharp: Workers were nice, polite. We got the service we asked for, nothing more and nothing more was offered. Plain. Got better options at our original bank. I was expecting more.

5 /5 Tom Campbell: Just opened my account with them and it has been a great experience. I can see the benefit of using a local credit union as opposed to the large banks.
