    Steven M: Absolutely terrible. It started off nice, sounded amazing got approved. But they sold me on a service that pays for your monthly payment as long as your on unemployment... but they always made the payments late. Putting my credit score well under 500.. when 4 months ago I was at 650.. I bring this to Theyre attention but theres nothing they can do, they try to blame me for theyre wrong doing. They sold and provided me with an add service.. they dont call them for you they dont even tell you that your responsible for correcting issue. But they take your payment and proof to send to the agency?.. This place is just a legal scam to draw in low credit household members to put in debit while they collect. Neighbor of mine went through the same issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS POURLY RAN SERVICE TO ANY ONE!

N charge people $300 a month when they got there own insurance already filed a complaint with the BBB don’t go here for a auto loan this bank only takes care of the old people that been with them for a long time l

    Melissa P.: I was super stressed having to move around funds. The teller Wendy and the manager Beth went above and beyond to make sure the fund transfer went well. I come in the tellers know me by name and make sure I am doing okay. It reminds me of the family atmosphere of when it was Union Bank. Park Plaza cares about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend using this bank if you want good customer service and caring tellers.
